App work with bugs. Promo codes did not work. They charge you without any logic. Support did not try to help you at all. Use Jet instead of it.
The app charged almost double what it should have for a 30 minute ride, the app stutters or logs you out so many times that it made me wanna throw my phone (keep in mind it is still charging you for time while the app is bugging out and preventing you from ending the ride)
could not add a card to the payment method, got a message saying “there was an error adding your card” , went to the attendant to ask for help, got told “that happens sometimes” and attendant walked away.
