Why the app is not working in the USA , it doesn’t not allow me to proceed with my information. This app need a lot of improvements to be excellent in the future

I paid a subscription and when I press on a content to watch it, the app simply crashes. Nothing I can do to keep it from crashing. Shame on you. I am a developer and this app is a shame, it’s by far, the worstttttt app I have ever seen, complete lack of knowledge, poor interface, no features, who did this ? Year one developers ?

You need to fix the bugs on the app it constantly freezing up and buffers all the time and I know my connection is good so y’all tried it! Get it together. 2 when you try to make a payment it always reject it and I always have to make a new account that’s annoying !
