App worked okay. Until October then stopped. I kept paying weekly to see if it would start working again. Then I would start paying monthly. But it didn’t for 2 months. Customer service is nothing more than an email address that you send your questions and concerns to but the reply doesn’t offer you any answer to your question. Just leaves you more confused. For instance. I could see two identical time date stamps on the log. I sent an email asking what it meant? Is it a glitch? A duplicate? Or does it mean that a call is being made and the log is listing that ? I still don’t know what it means. And does the call intersection really work? What does does the different colors on the bar mean? Green black red? Why do I have to fiddle with the date to get the correct call log to appear? Is it possible to see the number of the receiving party so I can make a log of the people I am talking to. This would be an awesome feature to have. It would help to keep this organized here. Other than that this is pretty good. Just needs a bit of work. I thought it was just me when it stopped working. Perhaps a pop up to let users know when something’s wrong. Or perhaps a block in buying the service when it is down or can’t be used as intended. Instead of letting people pay. And refunding minutes if they give a bad review. Just my opinion. I like the app tho. And I am hoping that new versions and better customer service will help keep it around for a long time. It has potential.

App was working great until a week ago. And then it stopped working. Sent an email to support and they said it is something on the end of Whatsapp and not them and they will add a few hours to the subscription. Regardless, the app is still not working and have sent other emails to support asking when it will be fixed and support does not respond. Tried reinstalling the app and it still does not work. I already cancelled the subscription. Dont waste your time.

Please try to see how u can unblock the anonymous number if the target phone blocks it. Otherwise the app is working well
