Wheelseye: FASTag, GPS, Fuel

Not at all worth it, I tried booking an Eicher vehicle from Hyderabad to Vizianagaram for which the market price is 25-28k, they given us 58k+gst. When I asked the price is very high than market price they spoke very arrogantly “if you want you book the vehicle otherwise no problem we are not asked you to book the vehicle from our app”. They don’t even know how to talk to the customer, before booking itself they are speaking like this if something happens after booking the vehicle no one is responsible from their end.. so please guys think twice before booking a vehicle in their app..

The after-sales service is absolutely pathetic and practically non-existent. The most annoying part is their attitude towards customers. They will constantly call and chase you for payments, but the moment you face a technical issue or need actual support, they completely vanish. Your calls will go unanswered, your complaints will be ignored, and you will be left totally helpless. A GPS service is crucial for vehicle tracking and safety, and relying on a company with zero post-sale accountability is a huge mistake. A company is defined by how they support their customers after the sale, and Wheelseye fails miserably at this. I strongly advise everyone to look for better, more reliable alternatives in the market. Do not waste your hard-earned money and peace of mind on a company that only cares about extracting recharge fees and offers zero support in return."

Hello.. I have 24 vehicles.. it’s confusing to check the vehicle separately.. I suggest you to add option of desktop view.. where we can see all vehicles in map at once..
