I came across this originally searching through Reddit on how to make an iOS shortcut. I ended up getting this app which works fantastic. It's a free app, but I suggest leaving a tip so that you can get the additional features, it is well worth it.
(And made it clear that I was guessing) Now I’ll never forget again. I’ll only have the embarrassment of pulling out my phone!
