They rescheduled my first mow 4 times over the course of two weeks without reaching out or providing reason. Now my lawn is overgrown and I need to pay twice the normal amount to have someone that’ll actually show up to mow it AND have potential HOA fines. This service is a scam and they never respond to support tickets. Use at your own risk and get ready to be left in limbo unsure as the whether or not they ever even had someone scheduled to come or just lied about it to charge you for a service you were never going to receive. They also don’t let you cancel your subscription or remove your payment information from the website and make you download this app to do it. I’d give 0 stars if I could

these guys have brought technology to an industry that sorely needed it. i can cancel an appointment, pause service, open a ticket, send pictures, request a new lawn pro if needed. These people have figured it out….

The service has been great. I do not have to think about my lawn care service. Each week I have a clean cut lawn.
