Webull: Saham & Dagangan AS

As a first-time user (I also use other platforms such as MooMoo and IBKR), I had several questions and contacted customer support. However, it took almost one working day to receive a response. In a trading environment, where timely support is crucial, this is concerning. In addition, the app lacks clarity. For example, Moneybull shows a zero balance even after funds have been deposited, and it is not clear how to transfer money to earn the advertised 6% interest rate. Overall, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the platform.

I’m using this apps cos I had been using Webull US version for years when it first started & I’m familiar with it. So far I have no problem. Their promo can be confusing tbh. I also hope I will be able to transfer my stock from US version to Malaysia version directly. For now I have to log in to 2 Webull account lol.

Generally it’s a good app to trade, lowest brokerage fees for first three months with my experience. Quick withdrawal lead time as well. But the way management announcing in advance the referral event will be end earlier, with only ONE DAY notice is disappointing, it cause me to think all the progressive submission was pending since few days ago looks like they hold them purposely to save some rewards. Will move to the other trading platform because they are really not steady. Feel unsecured with my funds and stocks as I don’t know when they will suddenly make another shortest notice to screw their users.
