This app is overall okay, but it deleted my data after a couple weeks which was very frustrating.
As a sufferer of chronic pain, this app was incredibly helpful for me. It gave me lesson plans to help me learn about my pain and how to manage it. I really liked how it was separated into separate topics and gave me a place to record my process. This app really helped me learn how to manage my pain. However, 4 weeks into the 6-week program, my app deleted all of my data! I went to open it up to record a meditation I had done, and it asked me to enter my name and start over. As I had not been able to find an option for signing in when creating an account, all of my data was lost. If this had not happened, I would most definitely have rated this app 5 stars.
