The ap doesn’t discriminate between wc in museums and ones in bars- walked blocks to find one in a museum that would cost €15 to use. Same bathrooms located on your maps but you can find public ones.
Just one. Everything else was a total dead end or potentially inside a crowded bar. Rome is a terrible place for people that need to pee a lot!
