This app has been such an amazing tool for us! There are so many amazing coaches at VSA that have helped my daughter with her figure skating goals! She has improved in her off-ice jump technique, learned better ways to stretch to specifically help her with splits and Biellmann. They have helped her warm up and use her spinners properly. Aside from the expertise of the coaches- the app itself has made it so much simpler to choose desired times and training. The filter options by sport, time, focus and coach make scheduling so easy. Having access to coaches around the world and connecting them with students at their own convenience is simply incredible!🤍🤍
