If you are thinking about getting this app just for basic protection and Netflix, look elsewhere because the free tier only applies to US and UK servers, the customer service is almost entirely non existent, I’ve tried several different times to delete my account from the site, which is only possible if I download the app, go to settings and report a problem saying that I need my account to be deleted because now I use Surfshark, a totally real vpn service unlike this one and every “free” vpn service on this App Store that isn’t used to sell your data and only works with limited data or other means. It shouldn’t be this difficult to close down an account that I haven’t used in years and I shouldn’t have to use your app to close my account only to say that it is going to be deleted in 24 hours and then when I go back into my account, on your website, it is still active. If you are looking for a free VPN service, don’t use these guys or any other free VPN as free VPN providers are borderline useless and actually pay for an actual legitimate VPN service
