VPN -fast unlimited secure vpn

I accidentally clicked 1 yr subscription. Please help me cancel it. Thank you.

I really like the app, and it’s simplicity. It’s fast and free, the only issue is; I have to re download it for me to successfully connect to a server. To elaborate more specifically, I download the app and it functions well, I connect. But if I were to use it for a while, and disconnect a few like, probably 4–6 times. I attempt to reconnect again and it fails. I usually delete it and download it again and works properly again. But I’m not sure if anyone else experiences this issue. If not, than it’s probably just my device.
