I love this app- so simple, yet it shows the data I need. I love that I can see several days of fasting in bar graph form, so I can see my trends. One issue I’ve just started having, however, is that the app now only shows me the start day and end day if the fast, not the time. As my fasting schedule changes daily, I need to know what time my fast ends. I fast daily, so I know they say it ends (the next day); this bug has rendered this app almost useless for me. I hope there is a fix soon.
I love the fact that I can track my fasting, how long I have currently been fasting and how my other fasts have compared. I love the idea of being able to see others’ accomplishments and being able to comment or ask questions about them in the social feed. However, the social feed does not always show every person you are following. Also when you do a search for the user you want to follow and go to choose it, although it has a check mark next to the word follow, the check mark fades away so you don’t know if you are following them or not. Also, can you please make it possible to publish a past fast if we forgot to publish it when we ended it? Or even be able to edit anything (time, weight etc.) on a finished fast after we have logged it. I have accidentally published it to my graph only when I meant to publish to my feed, and forgot to include weight. One more thing. Is there a way to log commentary specific to a fast we are on or even to a past fast and also be able to share it with others?
I use this app every day, after trying out several fasting apps, and I could not be happier. I love being able to see the graph of my past fasts which is motivating, I love being able to set my target for each fast I start, and I also like being able to make notes that I can look back at later. I haven’t been tracking my weight on here (really like happy scale for comprehensive weight tracking) but plan to start so I can see this and be extra motivated with fasting. I’ve lost more than 45 pounds in less than four months through a low carb high fat diet and intermittent fasting, and this app has been a great tool in that journey!
