Voice Dictation ! dictate

It actually records for about a minute. It should sa in the description that you can only record for about a minute at a time before it automatically clicks off with no warning. Also, when I clicked the copy function, I tried to paste it as a test into a text message or a Note - I could not figure out how to do either. It just says "Use the paste function." That another reason for my rating - there are no clear directions.

Software does mediocre job at accurately recognizing words. My big complaint is it only records for a short time (15 seconds maybe) before cutting you off without notification.

I'm a native English speaker (US). Just tested this about a dozen times with a lot of background noise. There were only two times it didn't notice one or two words but even with that, the recognition and translation were good enough to send a text and have the recipient understand the text. I even tested curse words and it recognized them, albeit inserting an asterisk in place of one letter :-) This is a handy little app for times when physically typing a text is impossible.
