This is very simple and works but I cannot download my looped video?

First of all the service from the coder is AMAZING. He is responding ligtning fast and with very helpfull guidence. Not that you would need the support for the app - but we wanted to install it into older iPads and contacted the support email. And we have been able to install it based on the recoomendations. The App is a great tool since it even offers a kiosk mode so that "walkby" people cant stop the loop. Very thoughtfull overall the app is easy to use!

My sons cat of 15 years was very sick. He had been with us all for all those years but he was my son’s for sure. His down hill health was only a few months and when it got bad it got bad fast. My son had to go to work and I was the care giver. I just knew I had to do something for teddy so he knew my son was there. I had a video of my son singing and playing his guitar. I could not loop it. I googled it and this came up. It was so easy and I looped the video in about a minute. It brought comfort to our cat. Each time I had to shut it down to use my phone the cat cried and placed his head on my phone. I then put it on the iPad and left it on loop. He passed hearing and seeing my son. I thank god for this app I found. We left it playing for our loved pet until he was cremated. I just had to share this story. Best app ever.
