I- Abhijeet & Spouse - Minakhi booked the health check via Visit app and starting from the booking till the end of the health check it was seamless, Thejaswini was always there with us since the beginning of the test. She was truly a guiding light for us during all the major test conducted as part of health check. She was patient enough to answer all our questions and queries and she did an incredible job to speed up the test with coordination with the hospital staff. We completed all the tests in 3-4 hours because of her intervention and help. If we would have been there on our own we would be there whole day in the hospital. Thank you Thejaswini

My overall experience with Visit Health has been positive. I was facing an issue for almost two months, and it was quite frustrating. However, things started improving when I received a call from Sagar Maggo. Since then, he has been extremely helpful and has guided me through every step of the process. Even today, he continues to assist me whenever needed, and I truly appreciate his dedication and support. One area where Visit Health can improve is its customer support response time. Whenever I call, I often have to wait 10–20 minutes just to connect with an executive, which can be inconvenient, especially when dealing with urgent concerns. If the company can reduce these wait times, the overall customer experience would be much better. Special thanks to Sagar Maggo for his consistent support and professionalism. His efforts made a significant difference in resolving my issue and improving my experience with Visit Health

I booked a consultation through visit health and with the cashless letter, i went to hospital by taking half day leave. From hospital, they informed that appointment has been booked but payment hasnt been recieved from visit health. I contacted visit health. Please note that it takes 10 to 20 minutes to get connected with a representative. He assired me to fix this issue regarding payment within 15 minutes and said they will call me back. I tool the appointment for 2.45 pm slot. They didnt contacted me back. I called them again by waiting for so long. They will say like they will fix it. But nothing happened. I waited in the hospital till 5.00 o clock and when i went to reception to consult the doctor by paying money out of my pocket, they said the consultation is over. See , visit health wasted my time. Their service is too poor. They reject medicines when we upload prescriptions with silly reasons like the prescription doesnt contains the age, there is no seal of the doctor, eventhough there will be details in it. The doctors who digitise the prescription are so lazy in such a way that they cannot even find the age of patient mentioned in the prescription. They will send wrong medicines and it happened to me. There is no return. We will lose our money from the insurance. If the prescription is computer generated, it doesnt requires signature and seal. But still, they reject the prescription by quoting these. Overall, visit health makes the consultation process a headache. Pathetic service.
