Virtual Staging AI Home Design

I purchased this app with confidence based on the rating. Most of my pics came out well, but a few because it AI were not usable. I tried locating contact info to see if they would reissue credits for the images I can’t use, but there is no way to reach them. I reached out to Apple who reached out to the developer for help and they decided my claim for even a partial refund.

This app is no good. It doesn’t do well decipher what’s what in a photo. I put a photo of a kitchen/dining room and it put a table in front of the island instead of where the dining room lights are clearly where a table would go under. You can’t move anything to put it where you want it. It put a picture over a window. A hand towel next to a window above a toilet, nowhere near the sink. It could be good, but it definitely needs work. And I feel like you should be able to move stuff or delete things when it doesn’t make sense.

I am a real estate agent and recently used your app with great success. Last week I had to reinstall IOS 18.6 and was unable to use my backup so I lost my credits in your app. Is there a way to recover them?
