VinFast

After the latest update, the VinFast app has practically stopped working. My car appears offline, the data hasn’t updated for several days, I can’t see the current battery level, and I can’t control any of the car’s functions. The app opens, but it’s basically useless now. Please fix this issue urgently.

1. Provide estimate time on the charging process when someone use the charging station. 2. Modify the charging station information based on feedback (accessible time, broken information, etc) 3. Queue feature, same like SPKLU 4. Please limit or do something related greenxm driver, they always occupied the charging station in most station.

I have a vinfast vr 3 and already used it around 2 months ago, but still its doesn’t pop up at this apps.. i can’t even controller my car and don’t know exactly about how much the battery my car has if i’m not turn it on and check them manually. Mind you that i was buying it a new brand and in trusting dealers vinfast in my city region. And the costumer service? Slow as my money flow. Fix it!
