Can’t Re-Login to app
I made an account and signed into the account with my scooter registered. Set up the account. Then downloaded the app onto my daughters phone, tried signing in and the app won’t let me enter the last character of the password. Logging into the account to add other accounts is a hassle and doesn’t work properly. The option for account access disappears while using the app so there is no way to log out and log back in. Iguess this is where we let them know there’s bugs and hope they fix it because the website doesn’t work so we have to leave these reviews

DONT LOCK THIS!!!
Just got the qlaway scooter today and the functions are nice except the lock function. I left mine on lock and then I tried opening the app to unlock it but it was stuck on lock. Not good and developers need to fix this. Solution: Unplug battery and wait five minutes then open app again to unlock it

Amazing
I have no problem with this app. I just got a new scooter and this app is amazing. I can lock my scooter and for some reason I can also unlock it. It is so easy to set up and so easy to use I don’t know why everyone is hating on and why the lock is not working for them like have you guys tried unlocking it😂?
