Can’t create my account online, so I can’t login in the app. I’ve contacted support several times about the issue but rather than fix it, they want me to fill out a form that asks for more information than taking out a mortgage just to register. I regret having bought this tag. You can fill up at Oxxo, but you need your client number, not the pass number, and they charge you a $15 pesos fee to recharge even using cash. I bought this to not have to carry cash and be more convenient. Instead, it’s more expensive than cash, and less convenient. They need to fix their broken system.
