Upon the 1.9 release, it is unfortunately no longer possible to view your driver details once the driver starts the trip and is in route to your pick up location using voiceover. The Google maps takes up the entire screen and upon contacting support, was provided a solution that never works for me, and is quite clunky. For the market that this company serves, it is quite surprising and admittedly discouraging to see something like this slipped through the cracks during testing.
