utter - Dictation, Voice Notes

I have used all of the AI Speech to Text (stt) Keyboard apps and they are all really good. Some offer very minimal customization on purpose which makes using them easier for most. Some apps offer customization like Utter does as well (some even more) but none do it as well as this team does. The app customization UI is a bit hidden but once you get in, you can pick your speech model (step 1 of stt) and you pick your AI model (step 2 of stt). You can do that for different “modes” - email mode, texting mode, medical/legal dictation mode….. you define what you need and customize toward your social, professional needs. You get to play with what Utter offers for the free tier and then get to subscribe. Or, you get your own API from the AI companies and plug them into step 1 and/or 2 and can use the app for free. This takes some work but is doable. Given the low price of the subscription, it may not be worth digging through the API’s. Utter gives you unlimited access for essentially the price of a fancy coffee. My combination has given me lightning fast stt and the keyboard is very well laid out and very easy to use. It’s the best combination of clean UI with access to customization. Love this app. Thank you Utter team.
