UScellular Protect

I need cellular signal status bar on my iPhone 17pro max using uscellular eSIM

I have used the USCC Protect app since 2020 and it was an excellent app for backups. I was given 100 GB of storage in order to backup my iPhone 12. This year I upgraded to iPhone 16 and the app would no longer backup my phone. I was not a subscriber to the service and only used the secure backup function found in the tools folder. For the last three months I have bounced between US Cellular and Assurant (App Developer). And no one can explain to me why the App no longer works. I have deleted the App, reinstalled the app, changed the password, created new account, all to no good end. When I bought my iPhone 12 back in 2020, US Cellular recommended this app as a free way to back up my phone. Don’t install. Neither US Cellular or Assurant Tech support will be helpful.

While backing up and restoring the app gets so far at doing one or the other and then errors out. Eventually you manage to get the stuff backed up but to restore any great amount of data, like a music collection, is almost useless. I have over 1000 songs on my iPad. It gets to 90 and then errors out and when you start it it starts back from scratch instead of starting where it crashed. So it’s very difficult to get my songs restored. If the developers of this product are reading these comments please fix your issues so you’re back up restore works without erring out!
