I haven’t been able to use it since I moved into my apartment. Even the office manager couldn’t get it to work. They’ve sent messages for assistance twice and haven’t gotten any response. I also sent a message. It’s useless.

Probably one of the least effective apps I’ve ever used. I can use to see who is at my door calling me, but the app is so glitchy and terrible that’s all I can do, and can’t actually buzz people in. In their defense the user manual does say “cheapest on the market”

The app is very basic. It does what it’s supposed to but it’s a shame you can’t open the door or gates without starting a call. This could be the perfect substitution to my gate opener if I could just use the app. Also, no HomeKit, Siri, Google, or Alexa integration. Like I said VERY basic.
