I am in real estate and ive used Upraze on multiple listing appointments now and have had great success in visually showing and producing a Uprazal to the prospect which ultimately led to getting signed contracts! I also tried the app on my personal properties and it was exactly in line with what i know my homes are worth!!! Great app, great value to homeowners, and extremely accurate! Highly recommend downloading.

I’m so happy as a realtor that clients can get a more accurate view of what their property is worth. Every time I meet with sellers they bring up their zestimate and it’s often way off whether to low or to high. Anything that’s out there that’s more accurate helps our conversations run smoother when setting expectations with clients! I’m a huge fan of an interactive source to replace the basic estimates our clients rely on today.

This app was dead on with our appraised home value, I was surprised with the accuracy. Super user friendly too. I plugged in my mom’s address and she was blown away at her home’s value (even before the upgrades!) Every homeowner should have this app, gives you valuable information on the value of your home in seconds. Plus works as a great compass when you want to refinance or make home improvements.
