Super frustrated that they released this half-baked version of the application. The previous version (“Uponor Smatrix Pulse”) was working fine. Then they released this version, _forced_ me to update to it, and decided everyone needed to change their password. They did not, however, consider that their own SMS-based system might not work, or supply any way to work around it. That the team that built this app would suddenly _force_ everyone to adopt a 2FA scheme that obviously hadn’t been tested enough is unconscionable. Now, I have no way to switch my system from heating to cooling mode. In addition, I’ve written them twice already and have only received their standard auto-reply assigning me a case number. Seriously, this rollout is a debacle, and whoever planned and signed off on the decisions it includes should seriously consider another line of work.
