Horrible experience. The App was not easy to use. Instructions not helpful. Hours waisted with no use. Only calling the agent next day helped to complete procedure. I am quite experienced and young enough to handle such complexities. I can only imagine what difficulties our older retirees in remote locations may be having these first days of New Year. Happy New Year, anyway!

It is easy to download the application and create an account. However, the process of photographing the face is somewhat tedious. What about a retiree who doesn’t have the health capacity, whether physically or mentally, to implement the application? I personally have not yet reached that stage, thanks God. However, I prefer to sign the letter of enrollment instead.

I really think/recommend you should do something about this form of verification. I have practically spent almost half a day trying to focus on the frame, and nothing worked. When the green line was almost there, several times, it disappeared and started all over. So I finally decided to quit and start all over again just about now 8:40 pm 2 Jan. 2024!
