The remote works but almost every time I use it the buttons freeze and I have to disconnect and connect again. The other annoying thing is that it makes me sign in to my tv with a passcode every time. This might be a problem with my tv but regardless it’s annoying.

I paid for the lifetime subscription. What a mistake. $20 down the drain. Initially it just wouldn’t connect to my TV. I tried every troubleshooting thing the app prompted me to do, verified I was on the right network, and even scoured the internet for more troubleshooting ideas. Nothing. I guess it’s just not compatible with my TV. Now not only does it not connect, but it crashes the first thing I press whenever I open it. I’ve opened a case for my money back and will update if I get it but I expect that I just lost $20 and several hours of my time on nothing.

I love this app. I bought 2 different types of used TVS. I didn't get a remote for either. I use this app to control both TVS. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Thanks guys.
