I can use this any time and always get great sound. Well designed, very reliable, I don’t use anything else for tuning.
I’m no professional. I just need something easy to understand so I can see what different notes my singing bowls play. I tried a complicated app and one I didn’t fully trust. This app does a great job of only picking up the instrument being played while ignoring surrounding sounds.
I don’t have perfect pitch, so this is a matter of trust. But the app is incredibly easy to use when tuning my harpsichord. I feel like a bit of a cheat for not relying on my ears. But, it makes me more confident that others will enjoy listening when I play.
