It has never failed me when I want to convert measurements that are unfamiliar. Today I used it to convert millibars to inches of mercury in order to understand a weather report. It is perfect for those questions like “How many gallons of water does my back yard get when there’s 2” of rain?” It is one of the most valuable applications on my phone.
This has more categories and units than I can ever imagine using, but for the items I need like converting temperatures, weights, or lengths it is instant and accurate. If you have a recipe that tells you to heat your oven to 260C you can see that is 500F. Plus absolutely no ads or pop-up junk.
I have been using a variety of calculators. Most are OK. But this one corresponds exactly to my needs having to deal a lot with conversion and at times teaching. Thanks for its simplicity and effectiveness.
