Unifi by Unity Bank

Anytime I want to make a transfer or use the app in general it always has a fault whether it’s connection error or error in fetching other bank names, it’s so frustrating to have an app that you cannot use when you need to, I have downloaded and deleted, over and over again and it’s still the same thing. Why create an app that will be giving the customers such headache and causing unnecessary embarrassment, do you expect me to be going to the bank for every transaction I want to make

I’ve been trying to upgrade my daily transfer limit for over 6 months now, I’ve gone to the bank it didn’t work I used my debit card it’s showing no card found with details you entered. I’m so devastated. Please try if you can fix the bug.

Honestly since you guys updated your Unifi app. It’s been somehow . I can’t even do a simple transfer. When an account number is type in, it just stops and hock like for minutes and log off by itself. When I try re-entry again, the same thing happens. Please you people need to upgrade it again and fix all this . It’s very embarrassing when using the app outside.
