UNDO Mobile

UNDO is requiring me to pay invoices after I transferred my number, even though they never sent me these invoices by email or by post. Now, they have sent a collection agency to collect the 'debts'.

Asked to cancel my subscription. Apparently UNDO still “sends” invoices without sending it via email or post. Then sends an incasso company after you. Pure fraud, please avoid this company. I had no intention to not pay the invoices, but if I’m not informed, I can’t pay the invoices.

Service en prijs zijn goed. Maar de app om je gebruikte data te bekijken gaat vaak niet open. En werkt dus erg ondermaats
