The workout program is great, but the app is down regularly which is extremely frustrating. They completely changed the format of the app a few months back but unfortunately did not seem to fix any of the bugs. It’s almost always a waiting game (sometimes taking days) to get access back to your workout program.

I love the convenience of band workouts - especially when I am traveling. Finding a gym to workout or competing for use of the limited facilities in motels is frustrating. I decided to try using bands but first wanted to find a complete workout using bands. I found a number of individual exercises online but wanted a complete workout from one site. That is when I discovered the TA2 program. I have been using TA2 for 3 months and find it efficient and effective. The program is a total body workout spread over 5 days with 2 days test each week and has 3 cycles that are each 4 weeks long. The video demonstrations are clear, concise, and helpful. You can use any brand of band but the Undersun bands are well-made so I purchased those. I reached out to Undersun on two occasions when I ran into a problem accessing the program - a password issue on both occasions. Chase responded within 24 hours both times and the issues were resolved quickly. In short, this is a good band exercise program, good bands, helpful videos, and great customer service.

I have been using this App for two weeks and absolutely love it ! It’s very user friendly, the workout log keeps track of your progress and the supporting training video that accompanies each exercise gives you the confidence that you are performing it correctly.
