This Uncluttered app soothes me by its very design. When I realize I forgot to check in yesterday, I don’t tense up. I start to, because I’m so used to thinking of myself as a failure. But Uncluttered isn’t into blaming me for making a mistake. It’s into gently encouraging me to care for myself. As a result I look forward to checking in with it.
