User agreement?!!
All I wanted to do before downloading this app was to check my connection speed. However, before doing so I was faced with having to first agree to some legal list of requirements and disclaimers. Honestly I didn't even read much of it, thinking to myself, why do I need to agree to this junk to just check my Internet speed. Downloaded--deleted.
