When I started this, I had no idea what I was getting into. This app has changed my life! Glenn’s voice is so calming, his amazing meditations they leave me speechless. When my husband transitioned suddenly 1.5 years ago I was devastated. At 81 he was always telling me he was living to 100 and I believed him. I was 75, the one challenged with loss of vision and Lyme disease. These meditations have guided me to believe I can heal myself with the connection to the Divine. I started listening to him over a decade ago. I haven’t stuck with much for that long. I have always believed in mind over matter and self healing. I was unable to be hypnotized by anyone. One day I discovered Glenn Harrold ! The universe put him in my path and I’m so grateful !! His voice is like being wrapped in a warm safe blanket,while being served a hot cup of comfort. I can’t tell you how much the meditations have helped me supplement my current therapy sessions to get passed my blocks and heal my inner child wounds. I can’t explain how it works but I can tell you how I feel. Every night I pick a meditation and listen to it for a week right as I lie down to sleep. Can’t tell you that I remember what is said after about 10-15 minutes into the experience but when I wake up, there’s something noticeably different about my heart. It feels emotionally full and have so much self love and patience throughout the day with others and my family. This I believe is what Bruce Lipton references about reprogramming your conscious mind in the Theta state before going to bed. This also compliments Joe Dispenza’s teachings and Mastin Kipp’s 40 day journey to claiming our power by removing blocks and finding our life’s purpose. This certainly removes them at the subconscious level as I continue to remove my survival patterns at the conscious level. Thank you GH!
