For over a year I’ve had problems working with this app. Over $1000 of tools sitting in a bag I can’t use. Support is laughable, they won’t and don’t talk about getting it to work other than removing and downloading again. I work a lot of places with no service. When it did work way back in time I did enjoy taking time stamped screenshots of my testing and results.

R22 is the only refrigerant that appears. When you toggle to the refrigerant toolbox no other refrigerant choices show up for me to select. I have no other choice but to use the measure quick app to use these probes, unless I am working on an R22 system.

I’ve called tech support multiple times looking for help with my issue. The app does not calculate super heat or sub cooling for r417c (hotshot2). I specifically bought these for refrigeration work and a lot of my calls use it. Tech support says they’ll look into it and call me back, no one ever does and now I can’t even return these and buy a Testo kit. If you’ve just purchased these take them back and buy Testo, it’s a far better product.
