Utoken not showing
Recently tried using net banking and the app closes without showing the number. Reinstalled but still same issue

I Token on IOS 15.x
Using it for almost two years. Works well but when it asks to upgrade and after upgrade it doesn’t work. I need to delete the app and reload and keep fingers cross till it works. But now for 15 days the pp closes immediately after generating token showing ****** for a fraction of second. As a result not able to use Net Banking. Pls look into it and resolve. Thanks

App not working, can’t do transactions
Today 10 Sep app asked me update the application, I updated. Now filling all information user , mPin and when click then just within a second app by self closed. Again trying again same problem. Pls fix asap
