Pulled it out the package and I appreciated their nice note and ensuring that we have a connection to supper if needed. They also have lifetime warranty so they are pretty great! App is wonderful super easy. Also maybe a little slow kinda. But really what do you expect when handling transferring data. This tool does a great job!

It works with my iPhone- I didn’t read the instructions much, I googled them and also had to adjust privacy settings on my photos to allow Udisk access so I can copy them to the external hard drive (the Techkey three-way thumb drive). So I gave it limited access so I can see how it works and you just hit the plus sign in the external drive, it lets you select which photos to copy from your internal drive (on your phone), and hit done and it copies the photos to the external drive. So you can delete the photos that you saved from your phone to free up space on your phone.

crashes every time i try to watch a video, and is INCREDIBLY SLOW!! it works (for now), but just keep that in mind before using.
