everything has been smoothly then the second i need it for something important to get the payroll the app doesnt want to finish loading, yes ive checked connections yes ive closed and reopened the app ive even hard reset my phone ive done it all even to using a vpn for Crying outloud fix this why cant companies hear the crys of costumers and show any kind of remorse
The program was working fine, now you need to be connected to see the previous reports. Even then, it’s not working right anymore. Undo the update
This worked great for the first few weeks, but now it’s an almost every other week basis where when I try to open my device on the app to download the weekly pay reports, I get the error “no device found” despite it being clearly connected at the bottom of the page under “my devices” and the device is on and within 5 feet from my phone. It’s extremely frustrating and very, very difficult to stay on schedule for payroll when this app is so faulty and temperamental.
