Love the game but it froze in the middle of a game and now I am stuck

This game has a lot of bugs it keeps freezing and the sound gos in and out like I can’t hear the sound affects.

I’ve created two different accounts and both accounts is stuck/frozen when playing the 3rd match. I really like the game itself but I can’t play it now since it froze. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded, but it loads up into the same match that’s frozen. There’s no end match button. Nothing works, refreshing and redownloading app does nothing because the game loads into the same game that’s frozen and you can’t do anything. Such a bummer because I really like this game, it just won’t get out of the current game it’s stuck on.
