Two Trees Offices

App regularly doesn’t work. Have been stuck outside office building evenings and weekends hoping for someone to come out of the building and let me in, which the app is supposed to do but lately doesn’t. It used to work, then it didn’t. Removed and reinstalled, worked some more, now back to nonfunctional again. There were better off the shelf solutions than this poor performer.

The purpose of this app is to allow me to enter my company’s office building. I can’t even get access to the app, much less the building. My administrator has to set me up with an account, which he has done — but I don’t receive the email invite to actually finish setting up my account and login. I also don’t receive any password reset prompts. There’s something broken in this process and absolutely no support to help figure it out. For something as essential as building access, you’d think reliability and support would be the #1 thing. Incredibly frustrating experience, zero stars if I could.

This app serves no other purpose than to give away your personal data to Two Trees for their own benefit. They argue that this is for security purposes but an anonymous key fob system would work just as well without employees surrendering their personal phone data only because their employer rents a space in a Two Trees building. The only alternative they offer is a 100$ key card that the employees have to pay for, I think employees should be able to opt out entirely if they don’t want to participate in this predatory data gathering operation.
