TVS Connect: A Disappointing Experience I recently downloaded the TVS Connect app to keep track of my motorcycle's service history and other details. However, I was quickly disappointed with the app's performance and user experience. One of the most significant issues I encountered was the app's excessive battery drain. Even when I wasn't actively using the app, it would drain my phone's battery at an alarming rate. This made it unusable for extended periods, especially when I was on the road. The user interface (UI) of the app is also quite clunky and outdated. It feels sluggish and unresponsive, making it difficult to navigate and access the information I needed. The layout is also confusing and unintuitive, requiring me to spend a lot of time searching for specific features. Another major problem I faced was with the map feature. The app's map was not updated with the latest road closures and traffic conditions, leading to inaccurate route suggestions and wasted time. Additionally, the map would often take a long time to load or would automatically close when I tried to relocate it. Overall, I found the TVS Connect app to be a frustrating and unreliable experience. The excessive battery drain, outdated UI, and inaccurate map make it difficult to use and recommend. I hope that TVS will address these issues and improve the app's performance in future updates.

First off, the app’s user interface feels outdated and clunky. Navigating between different sections is unintuitive, and the overall design lacks the polish you’d expect from a brand like TVS. It feels like it was hastily put together without much thought to user experience. Another major issue is connectivity. The app frequently struggles to maintain a stable connection with the bike. I’ve had multiple instances where it failed to sync, leaving me with incomplete or inaccurate data. This defeats the entire purpose of having a smart connected vehicle. The GPS tracking feature is also inconsistent, often showing incorrect locations or failing to load entirely. The app’s performance is slow and buggy. It takes forever to load, crashes unexpectedly, and some features like trip data and vehicle stats either don’t update in real time or don’t work at all. The lack of regular updates to fix these issues further worsens the experience.

Too many 1 Star Ratings for the App but the Developers doesn’t bother to address the issues. This App is a Hit or Miss, it’ll work sometime and it doesn’t most of the time. Using this in my iPhone 11, the App stays Active in the background and drains the battery like crazy. Also the location is always being tracked in the background. I understand the need for the background activity but timeout feature for the background service while the Phone is not connected to the vehicle would be much appreciated. Also using MapMyIndia for Navigation? What a joke. This App in its current state is a novelty, no real purpose for me other than to set my name while turning on the vehicle. Note to Devs: Fix the background activity to save battery on the iPhone, Change to Google Maps or Apple Maps and finally Improve the UI.
