The prepaid packages don't appear if you don't have a Sim card and sign in. And when you actually visit the physical store to check the prices and get a sim, you have to take the salesman's word for it when it comes to the price of the sim and available packages since you don't have an official reference without a Sim card. That's not only inconvenient but opens the door for corruption. I understand that the validity of the Sim card for tourists is only 3 months according to regulations. They could at least offer an e-sim for direct payment just like other roaming apps. After, years of getting a new Sim card every 3 months, I just switched to a new roaming app with e-sim and it's even less expensive now! I'm not returning until I can see the prepaid packages without having to sign-in with a Sim card.

Although the app is supposed to let you buy a new package when you run out of data, when it comes to payment it says “sorry you don’t have enough internet remaining in order to connect to your bank account!!😳😳😂😂 So if you don’t have any friend around to take hotspot you will be on your own without internet
