Easy
This is my first review of a program and I had to do it because turbotax is so easy to use. I was worried when I wanted to ‘go back’ and edit something, but as soon as I resolved my issue I was taken to the point I just left. Very intuitive, smooth, and so easy to use. Thanks for making a program worth so much more than the amount you’re asking for!

Glitches/white screen
I try to log in as a previous user and the screen goes white. Not able to access anything beyond it. So I delete the app and reinstall. Tells me my username and password is incorrect so I reset. Then it directs me to the web platform. And it won’t let me log into a previously started 2019 file! So frustrating!!
