It was my birthday yesterday on the 14th and I go to an establishment to redeem my free pie today on March 15. The rewards app said I had the free pie option, but when I went to redeem the pie the app said, “Oh no” and TOOK my reward away. Also tried it on my free fries and it said and did the same thing. Then on top of that a server there seen all of this happen ( he was about to scan the reward), I showed him my phone so we could see for himself what the app said, he also tried to go through the process of scanning the reward, and when I didn’t work for either of my rewards and he seen the app just take them away he said, “ oh sorry guys” and left. Didn’t offer to comp the free pie or fries just walked away. Very bad experience with the app and far from the service I would expect at an establishment with high star rating.

I cannot find or access bonesless thighs on the menu unless I reorder from a previous order.

Had to order 3 times. If you don’t login and order, when you give your email, if you have an account, it restarts the order. Then, if you’re online and you do have a login, you can put your order in, login, then it will push you to the app if you have it where it again, restarts your order. Saving an in work order is app 101, figure it out T22 or whoever you have managing your order work flow…
