Finally, an app that will actually connect to my Toshiba portable air conditioner. Set up was straightforward and easy and it works!

I’ve submitted 3–4 support tickets trying to get this app working again. It never asks for network access, which it needs, so it’s completely unusable. Either outdated or just bad programming. For 2 weeks I’ve contacted support every day — they just tell me “24 hours” but never follow up or fix anything. When you use the chat and they can’t solve the problem, they just disconnect. They actually have 3 apps: M-Smart, T-Smart (basically the same), and the legacy Toshiba app. None of them work, and support doesn’t even realize the two new ones don’t support window units. Worst smart home product I’ve purchased and the worst support I’ve ever dealt with.

I have been using Toshiba top load washing machine for many years, very impressed with the durability of it. Now I change to the new front loading of Toshiba, very exciting to see this can work with mobile app.
