Useless.
Tried with google news and theguardian. Doesn’t remove or hide or mask news links with the word Trump in them and doesn’t remove images of Trump. It does however block any attempt to click into a link where the text says Trump, but basically it doesn’t do anything to save u from having to see his face or name. Mutable does at least fuzz out links.

Doesn't work with Google News
The app does a pretty good job blocking most Trump content in Safari. For instance, the CNET article I learned about this app from would no longer load. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Google News which is the main thing I got it for. I'm going to keep the app a little while longer, but I'll probably end up deleting it since Google News is the main place I wanted to filter out Drumf content.

This app was why I upgraded phones; WORTH IT!
I stuck with my iPhone 5 for an absurd amount of time, through lags and screen freezes because, "meh"...it wasn't worth the hassle to upgrade frankly. Until Trump. Good gawd he's annoying, like a fly that just won't shut the fark up. It was worth the upgrade to have a phone that was comparable for this app. Now I not only have an amazing iPhone 6s, I also have NO MORE TRUMP! My life and web browsing is so much more peaceful. Worth it.
