Why you don’t provide your app with English language? Are you very fanatic and prejudice about Turkish language 😤😡? Why do you sell mobile phone numbers to foreigners then????????

Turkish telecom is the most exclusive in the whole world. The login and balance check is not available unless you became any kind of resident of the country. You either have to be Turkish or have a Turkish residentship in order to login and check your balance. This is ridiculous I’m the 21sr century for any tourist. If you wanted any Turkish hospitality - you definitely won’t find it within any telecom operators and telecom applications.

I send money to my phone number. Only reason I am using this app to buy packages with that money. I just sent some money twice (since first time it didn’t work out). Now, each time I refresh the app and check my balance I get a different amount and it doesn’t allow me to buy a package. This should be the MOST BASIC functionality of the app and I would expect it to be consistent. It should normally take me 30 secs or so but I am trying to buy a package for an hour now! Not being able to reach a customer representative makes it worse and I feel frustrated. This should be a billion dollar company. PLEASE get some better developers and have a working product for God’s sake!
