My location is shown incorrectly, about 150 feet away at a coffee place, around a curving road. There needs to be a way users can correct a wrong address. It could save lives.Since I don’t speak the local language, it’s not possible to let the emergency staff know my correct address if I need to use the app. This could be an issue. Hope a solution is found.
I just traveled around Europe and found myself thinking, "what if I have an emergency. I wouldn't know a single number to call." This app solves that problem simply and is a great travel resource. Good for individual travelers!
Renaming this great app "TripWhistle" is very disappointing. I have dozens of apps on my phone and having an app who's name does not describe its function makes it almost useless. Especially one that needs to be found very quickly in an emergency! Very bad decision on the developers' part. Hope I can find another app that serves the same purpose as well as this did but is named something useful.
